What child wouldn’t enjoy a special study on reptiles! These cold-blooded vertebrates are unique members of the animal kingdom, with their dry skin covered with scales or bony plates and their soft shelled eggs.
There are four major groups of reptiles. Remember, however, that students should be able to observe their subject, so don’t include lizards or crocodiles and alligators if you cannot observe them in your region.
