Traditionally, middle school science comprises two parts: General Science and Physical Science.

General Science is typically taught in 7th grade and covers a little bit of everything.

Physical Science is most often taught to 8th graders and covers non-living natural objects, such as some Earth Science (minus astronomy), an introduction to chemistry (atoms, molecules, measurement), and an introduction to physics (including motion, force, sound, light, and astrophysics).

So, if you are aiming to complete a Physical Science year using the Sabbath Mood Homeschool curriculum, then I would suggest including

That leaves a good variety for General Science, including:

However, I would much prefer to see a student complete a more well-balanced “feast” of the sciences, so I suggest splitting up Biology and Botany into separate years. Therefore, I would swap Biology and Geology.
